The Opportunity:

As a Senior Manager in Data Strategy Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and the advancement of the life sciences and healthcare sectors. You will lead strategy projects from conception to delivery, focusing on data platform migration, modernization efforts, and developing innovative solutions. Your leadership will drive our methodology development and ensure our projects' success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver high-impact strategy projects across healthcare and life sciences, focusing on R&D, commercial strategies, and healthcare payer solutions.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying opportunities, and nurturing client relationships to sell strategy projects.
• Spearhead large data platform migration and modernization projects, ensuring alignment with industry-specific needs and compliance.
• Develop and refine our consulting methodologies, contributing to our knowledge base and service offerings.
• Mentor and manage project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate across the business to contribute to growth strategies, operational improvements, and the development of data products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manager or early Senior Manager in a mid-to-large size consulting firm, with a solid track record in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to sell and deliver strategy projects, with a specific focus on data strategy, platform migration, and modernization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to lead diverse project teams and interact effectively with clients.
• A passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
